Ground Zero Property is a boutique residential development company. We start where value is created — at the ground: the site, the numbers, and the fundamentals that decide whether a project stacks long before a single wall goes up.

We're a new venture, and we treat that as an advantage. No legacy overheads, no ego on the balance sheet — just a hands-on team that does the work, backs its feasibility, and shows up straight with everyone it deals with.

We partner with landowners, agents, builders, consultants and investors to unlock overlooked sites and deliver considered residential outcomes.

We're a hands-on partnership that got into development the hard way — learning the fundamentals, doing the numbers ourselves, and refusing to buy anything we couldn't stand behind. Ground Zero is the vehicle we've built to do it properly.

Every site we look at gets the same treatment: honest feasibility, real due diligence, and a clear plan for how it gets delivered. If it doesn't stack, we walk. That's the discipline our partners can count on.
